Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Shree Mahakaleshwar Bhakta Niwas, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. We strive to provide a fair and transparent refund process for our devotees.

1. Cancellation Timelines

The following refund percentages are applicable based on when the cancellation request is received:

Cancellation Period	Refund Amount
7 days or more before Check-in	100% of the advance amount
3 to 6 days before Check-in	50% of the advance amount
Less than 48 hours before Check-in	No Refund
No Show (Failed to arrive)	No Refund

2. Refund Process

Refund requests must be initiated via phone call at +91 8399955478 or via email at info@mahakalbhaktaniwas.com.
Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method (Bank Account/UPI) within 5 to 7 working days.
Transaction charges (if any) levied by payment gateways are non-refundable.

Important Note: For Peak Season (Sawan Month, Mahashivratri, New Year), special cancellation policies may apply which will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Early Check-out

In case of an early check-out (shortening your stay), the management is not liable to refund for the remaining nights. However, we may consider partial credit for future stays at our discretion.

4. Duplicate Payments

In the event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate payment, 100% of the duplicate amount will be refunded immediately after verification.
