1. Identification & Check-In
- It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government-approved photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Driving License) at the time of check-in.
- Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and Visa.
- Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
2. Sanctity & Conduct
- Since we are located near the holy Mahakaleshwar Temple, consumption of alcohol, smoking, and non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited within the premises.
- Any illegal activity or misbehavior with staff or other devotees will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
- Please maintain silence and decorum, especially during early morning hours for Bhasma Aarti devotees.
3. Booking & Payments
- Bookings are confirmed only after the receipt of the advance payment as specified during the inquiry.
- The management reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of unforeseen circumstances or government restrictions.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in: 100% refund.
- Cancellations made 3-6 days prior to check-in: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in: No refund.
- In case of a "No Show," no refund will be provided.
5. Liability
- The management is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. Guests are advised to keep their room doors locked.
- Any damage caused to the property, furniture, or linen by the guest will be charged directly at the time of check-out.
6. Bhasma Aarti Assistance
While our staff provides guidance and information regarding Bhasma Aarti registration, we do not guarantee a confirmed ticket as it is strictly managed by the Temple Administration (Ujjain Collectorate Office).
7. Legal Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh only.
